App Review "Clear"

What is up people?

I haven't done an app review in a really long time and it's something which I've been meaning to get back into. As a journalist, organisation and time management is crucial and oddly enough it is something which I have struggled with for a long period of time. I read a few articles here and there which were specifically created  for people who want to apply a better structure to their day. All of those articles had one thing in common and that was "Write down what you want to accomplish in a day."

It seemed pretty straightforward at first but I was never that pen and paper guy and I knew that an alternative to that would be my iPhone. I fired up the App Store and in the search bar I typed in the words "To-Do list". I got various apps which claimed to be easy and effective to use but sadly they weren't. I found it difficult to navigate through my tasks and oftentimes it took me more time to create the task than to actually do it. I knew there had to be something better out there and after a few rounds of trial and error I came across "Clear".

The first thing which caught my attention was the app's bright orange logo which is very pleasant to look at. I scrolled through a few preview images of the app and I already knew that it would be perfect.

Without hesitation I bought the app for $4.99 and within seconds I was creating events, adding reminders and deleting events which had been completed. The app also gives you the option to prioritize your events by dragging one event above the other. By simply swiping down you can create a new event and add a reminder which will also be present in the notification center. To be honest with you it is one impressive app and due to its simple design and ease of use it really allows people to get work done efficiently and helps them to focus on important tasks throughout the day.

I give "Clear" a perfect 10/10 as it has met all of my To-Do list needs and I'm sure that it is going to meet all of yours as well. WordLoops website...coming soon

What is up people?

It's been a long time since I sat down and wrote something just for fun. I miss it though, I miss the feeling which I used to get when I pressed the keys on my keyboard. I miss the feeling of satisfaction and pride when I saw my view count go flying up because all of you people were enjoying the content which I produced. For a moment I was blind with photography and videos, but deep down inside, something wasn't right and that was I was born to be a writer. From a young age I promised myself that I would not be one of those people who hated what they were doing in life. I strongly believe in two words and those are "Just Live" That's why I got them tattooed on my arm. It's something which I want to be reminded of every single day. Don't overthink things, just do them.

I was lost. And I started to notice that a few weeks ago. "Do I want to write? Do I want to take photos? Or do I want to make videos? I knew my only option was to go to the source which would suck the life out of me. My grandparents. I love my grandparents but let's just say they're very conservative. They never believed in me and still consider whatever I do as a child's game. They see me as a child. When I came back everything was clear to me I was born to be a writer, words run through my veins and it's a talent which I want to develop and take full advantage of. That's why I'm coming back stronger than ever and ready to bring you guys some awesome content. I know I'm a bit rusty but give me a few days and I'll be back with the highest quality content. I PROMISE. All of you people have been amazing supporting the site by commenting and sharing and that's why I want to finally launch the official WordLoops website which will only make my content more enjoyable and easier for you people to navigate through. I'll upload some photos which you people can check out to see what I've been up to. Follow me on Twitter for the latest game and tech news @WordLoops  and as always...

See you all soon !!!
